Standard Contract for Web-related Work

This is the standard contract which we use for small to medium website related projects. This contract is not normally altered, except for the addition of the schedule of work.

Our extended form of contract, is used for larger projects. This form of contract is designed to allow variation and rewriting in order to satisfy the requirements of the parties.

The production of a more customised contract may require professional legal opinions to be taken on both sides, and may add quite considerable expenses to a project. For smaller jobs, or if your budget is limited, we suggest using this one.

We will consider any other form of contract which you may suggest, provided you make yourselves responsible for the drafting, and cover all legal expenses involved.

The Contract

These terms and conditions regulate the business relationship between you and us if you engage us to develop web- or other software- related projects. By buying services and/or products from us, you agree to be bound by them.

The provision of Web Hosting is covered by a separate agreement.

No person under the age of 18 years may purchase goods and services.
